EPW - Jules Jurgensen, Copenhagen, 50mm, 18K gold original HC with Jurgensen lips, bow with chain guards, signed gold cuvette, white enamel SS dial, SW-bow-set, fully capped lever escapement, 20-21J, wolf's tooth winding, fausses-côtes pattern nickel damascene, s#235 with matching serial number to case. Gross weight of assembled watch 79.1 dwt (123.0 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running after a twist to start, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, some scattered small scratches and fine scratches, some marring to and around some of the crown wheel bridge screws; nearly flawless dial with micro-fine scratch near 10 and infinitesimal pinpoint nick to upper rim of seconds-register; fine hands, minute with oxide to its tip; case shows very little wear, ding toward lower perimeter of front, small nicks at right perimeter of front and upper left perimeter of rear, excellent engine turning detail overall with only mild reduction at rear shoulder, front opens sluggishly likely due to gumminess at hinge; tight bow, crown shows little wear; good glass crystal.
